1 on 1 Program

At DAO Mandarin, we strive to provide the highest quality Mandarin learning experience tailored to each individual's needs. We understand that circumstances may change, and occasionally, a participant may need to reconsider their enrollment in our 1-on-1 program. To ensure customer satisfaction, we have established the following 7-day refund policy:

1. Eligibility: This refund policy applies to participants who have enrolled in the DAO Mandarin 1-on-1 Program and wish to request a refund within seven (7) days from the date of enrollment.

2. Refund Request: To initiate a refund request, participants must contact our customer support team via email at info@daomandarin.com  or click contact within the 7-day period, providing their enrollment details and the reason for their refund request.

3. Reasons for Refund: Refunds will be granted for the following valid reasons:

   • Dissatisfaction with the quality of instruction.

   • Incompatibility with the participant's schedule despite efforts to find suitable time slots.

   • Any unforeseen circumstances that hinder the participant from continuing the program.

4. Refund Processing: Upon receiving a refund request, our customer support team will review the request and assess its eligibility based on the provided reasons. If the request meets the criteria outlined in this policy, a refund will be processed.

5. Refund Amount: The refunded amount will be the total enrollment fee paid by the participant, minus any administrative or processing fees incurred by DAO Mandarin.

6. Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the enrollment. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the participant's bank or payment provider.

7. Cancellation of Enrollment: Upon approval of the refund request, the participant's enrollment in the DAO Mandarin 1-on-1 Program will be canceled, and access to program materials and sessions will be terminated.

8. Non-Transferable: Refunds are not transferable and are only applicable to the participant who enrolled in the program.

9. Modification of Policy: DAO Mandarin reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
