What’s the class schedule like? The schedule is fixed, but we offer both morning and evening classes. You’ll need to attend classes according to the schedule provided.

What if I miss a class? Is it refundable? Missed classes are not refundable. However, we offer recorded sessions for classes you missed, which you can review within a certain period. We also provide online review materials to help you catch up.

How many students are in a group?

Each group usually has 3 to 5 students, with a maximum of 6. Before registration, Dao Mandarin conducts a level assessment to ensure all students in the group are at a similar proficiency level.

Will the class progress too fast for me? Although it’s a group class, Dao Mandarin places a strong emphasis on speaking practice. Our teachers do their best to involve every student and keep the class moving at a steady, pre-set pace.

What if I fall behind my classmates? We recommend booking some 1-on-1 classes to help you catch up and stay on track.
